Septic System Design

We conduct soil testing and the design of septic systems for both new construction and Title 5 repairs and upgrades.  To date our design staff has permitted over 15,000 septic systems in Massachusetts utilizing the best available technologies to provide a cost effective and long lasting system for your site.  Upon completion of the design our plan can be provided to local contractors allowing you to choose the lowest bid for construction.

Wetland Permitting

Most alterations within 100’ of a wetland resource area or 200’ of a river require a filing under the Wetlands Protection Act and in many cases, a local bylaw.  We conduct wetland delineations to accurately determine the limits of resource areas and provide a variety of permitting and design services which are customized to match the needs of your site.

Stormwater Management Design

Whether an individual lot or an entire subdivision, we can provide the design of erosion control plans and stormwater management systems as well as operations and maintenance plans required by state and federal programs.  In recent years this has become an increasingly important component of the permitting process.
